Prepare your barbecue or use a broiler. Broil or grill for ten minutes. Turn once and brush with marinade. Place pineapple on top and brush with marinade. Grill until brown. Turn the fish with pineapple on top if grilling.

When you use the rest of the marinade as a sauce, warm it in a fry pan. Then the sauce is safe from germs.
漬け汁の残りをソースとして使うには、フライパンで温めるといいですよ。そうしたら生サケの雑菌も気にせずに済みますからね。
