News Items
Our company does not make any claims for accuracy of news reports we receive from our various sources in the ELT industry, news organizations, or individuals. We do not knowingly publish any false information. If any of our news is found to be false or containing errors, we will gladly publish corrections if the errors are brought to our attention.

We reserve the right to edit any news or information received according to our editorial needs. We will not edit anything in such a way as to be misleading or that would fundamentally alter the accuracy or intent of the original information.

Copyright of the content
Our company holds the copyright of all contents on the site unless it is particularly mentioned. Regarding names of companies and products in the articles, their copyrights belong to the companies concerned. Any reprint or copy is strictly prohibited except with the express permission of our company.

Exclusion of liability
Our company doesnﾕt bear any liability for reparation for any losses between users and content providers (companies, schools, etc.), or between users, that relate to the articles, advertisements, products and services on the site.

Message Board
The ELT News Message Boards are aimed at providing teachers in the ELT profession a forum to share their views and ideas. Although messages can be viewed by anybody, people who wish to post private messages to other members or post a profile must register and become a member of the message board.

Although the message board is rarely moderated, action will be taken by the moderator in the following situations:
  • The topic in question has no relation to teaching or living in Japan. In such cases the messages may be deleted without warning.
  • The post is an unsolicited advertisement. Such posts will be deleted without warning.
  • Post messages include profanity and/or unjustified personal insults and attacks on other members of the board. Such messages will be deleted immediately and the moderator reserves the right to revoke posting privileges to the person/people involved.

Subscription to the e-mail newsletter
Subscribers to the e-mail newsletter our company publishes are considered to agree to receive news about our products, events, gifts, other companiesﾕ products and campaigns.
